It is\, therefore\, important to resize Physical Education and Scho ol sports\, in order to overcome the resistant dualism that neglects direc t and indirect influences of sports practice.It is urgent to extend the sp orts boundaries at school and to go beyond the traditional areas of sports . This will be possible if we seek new challenging ways and also of social interaction\, through recent and compelling outdoor sport areas which are growing exponentially.Encouraging a general sports practice at school age is something indispensable to our society. The practice of regular physic al activities is also of major importance\, combating\, thus\, sedentarine ss\, childhood obesity\, all sorts of diseases that have been spreading ma ssively during the last decade. The current training course would like to provide all participants with recent and innovative tools regarding physic al activities and sports. It also aims to leave the standardized school en vironment and to encourage the physical activity in unusual places. It wil l mobilize and tie students\, fighting\, consequently\, school dropout.
